How long till I get my order?
At FM2U, sustainability and slow fashion are of utmost importance to us.
We’re currently transitioning from a made-to-order model to a ready-made system, which means many of our pieces are now ready to ship more quickly (for more information about this, please check out our About Us page).
For ready-made orders, we aim to have them packed and shipped within 5–7 business days, with shipping times taking up to 1 week domestically and up to 2 weeks internationally. Please note that during this transition, some delays may still occur as we adjust our processes and manage high demand.
Several pieces still follow our original made-to-order timeline, meaning each garment takes around 2-3 weeks to be carefully produced by our small, family owned, manufacturer in Pakistan [Sweatshop free, ISO certified, SA8000 certified]. When production is complete, the pieces are sent to our Adelaide studio, where we personally quality check a standard percentage of our items.
This process may take a little longer, but it allows us to stay thoughtful at every stage: reducing waste, prioritising quality, and making sure each piece we send out is something we’re genuinely proud of.
Once approved, your order is shipped out; domestic delivery usually takes up to 1 week, and international delivery up to 2 weeks.
If you’ve been waiting over 3-4 weeks since your order was placed, and your tracking is still showing ‘Pending’, please reach out to us over email & we can get it sorted for you!
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, so how do I know if my order was placed?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, it’s possible there was a typo in the email address at checkout, or the email may have landed in your spam or promotions folder.
If you’ve checked those folders and still haven’t received anything, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page with any details you remember from the order (e.g. full name, phone number, date and items purchased). We’ll confirm your order for you and update your email address if needed.
I accidentally put in the wrong address/size/email/phone number!?
If you’ve accidentally entered incorrect details such as size, address, email, or phone number, please reach out to us ASAP!
Here’s what you can do:
- Wrong Size: We can update it pre-fulfilment, but changes made after are not registered in our system and are not guaranteed.
- Wrong Address: We can correct it pre-fulfillment. Once shipped, you’ll need to contact AusPost.
- Wrong Email or Phone Number: These can be updated at any time. Just contact us via the “Contact Us” page.
