How long should I wait for a reply?

We try to get back to all customers within 48 hours of receiving an email. As we’re a small team, responses may sometimes take a little longer—feel free to send a reminder if you’re still waiting.

Where can I find sizing?

All sizes are provided in centimetres on our website under our products. Please examine size conversions to ensure the best fit for you.

What if I still am unsure of what size to get?

If you’re unsure about sizing, head to the "Contact Us" page and send us your height, bust, waist, and hip measurements, alongside any notes on preferred fit (e.g. snug, loose). We’ll make an educated recommendation based on your info; while we can’t guarantee a perfect fit for every body, we’ll do our best to guide you to the most suitable size :)

How long till I get my order?

At FM2U, sustainability and slow fashion are of utmost importance to us. 

We’re currently transitioning from a made-to-order model to a ready-made system, which means many of our pieces are now ready to ship more quickly (for more information about this, please check out our About Us page). 

For ready-made orders, we aim to have them packed and shipped within 5–7 business days, with shipping times taking up to 1 week domestically and up to 2 weeks internationally. Please note that during this transition, some delays may still occur as we adjust our processes and manage high demand. 

Several pieces still follow our original made-to-order timeline, meaning each garment takes around 2-3 weeks to be carefully produced by our small, family owned, manufacturer in Pakistan [Sweatshop free, ISO certified, SA8000 certified]. When production is complete, the pieces are sent to our Adelaide studio, where we personally quality check a standard percentage of our items. 

This process may take a little longer, but it allows us to stay thoughtful at every stage: reducing waste, prioritising quality, and making sure each piece we send out is something we’re genuinely proud of.

Once approved, your order is shipped out; domestic delivery usually takes up to 1 week, and international delivery up to 2 weeks.

If you’ve been waiting over 3-4 weeks since your order was placed, and your tracking is still showing ‘Pending’, please reach out to us over email & we can get it sorted for you!

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, so how do I know if my order was placed?

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, it’s possible there was a typo in the email address at checkout, or the email may have landed in your spam or promotions folder.

If you’ve checked those folders and still haven’t received anything, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page with any details you remember from the order (e.g. full name, phone number, date and items purchased). We’ll confirm your order for you and update your email address if needed.

I accidentally put in the wrong address/size/email/phone number!?

If you’ve accidentally entered incorrect details such as size, address, email, or phone number, please reach out to us ASAP!

Here’s what you can do:

• Wrong Size: We can update it pre-fulfilment, but changes made after are not registered in our system and are not guaranteed.
• Wrong Address: We can correct it pre-fulfillment. Once shipped, you’ll need to contact AusPost.
• Wrong Email or Phone Number: These can be updated at any time. Just contact us via the “Contact Us” page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer free international shipping to many countries around the globe! Please keep in mind that customs fees may apply depending on your country.

How do I track my order?

All orders can be tracked through the AusPost site or app using the tracking number provided with your order confirmation email.

I got an email about my order being shipped but there’s been no change to the status?!

Our system often automates shipping confirmation emails, and can be misaligned with the actual production timeline. What happens is that shipping information is actually only received by Australia Post, not actually shipped out!! Please be patient and don’t stress, we’re still working hard on your order :)

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need an address change, please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" page within 24–48 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet been fulfilled or entered production, we will do our best to update the address before it is processed.

However, once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make changes. You’ll need to contact Australia Post and request a re-direction, at: https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support.

We are more than happy to do exchanges if an item doesn't fit the way you would have liked it to. We believe that clothing should be made to fit our bodies- not the other way around <3

What will I get back for a refund?

Refunds do not cover the cost of shipping for any orders.

Once the product is delivered to the customer, refunds are only granted if the product is damaged or faulty. If it is granted, please give 3–5 business days for the balance to reflect in your account <3

Refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, changed preference in size or design, or delayed delivery are unfortunately not accepted.

The discount code isn’t working at the checkout?!

Please send an inquiry through either the "Contact Us" page or via DMs and we can sort it out for you ASAP :)

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order or cancel to take advantage of a sale?

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively once your order has been placed.

We do not accept cancellations for the purpose of reordering to use a discount or take advantage of a sale. As a small, made-to-order brand, each order is processed and allocated resources shortly after placement.
