Your Right to Withdraw

If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

How to Exercise your Right

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery. How you do this depends on your order status:

If your order hasn't shipped yet:

Sign in with your email: a six-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox, no password required.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our "Contact Us" portal with your order number and withdrawal request. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

In both cases you'll receive confirmation once your request is received.

What Happens After you Submit

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, it will be placed on hold, cancelled, and refunded.

If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, please allow delivery and then return the items to us following the process below. Your refund will be processed once we receive the goods.

Returning your Items (Post-Shipment Withdrawals)

If your order has already been dispatched, please allow delivery and then return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us. All items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached and in original packaging

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned items or confirmation of return shipment, whichever is earlier. For pre-shipment cancellations, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that are made-to-order or pre-order. Pre-orders cancelled within the 6–10 week production window are eligible for store credit only; pre-orders not dispatched within 10 weeks of purchase are eligible for a full refund under our standard pre-order policy.
  • Final Sale, Archive, Discontinued, or Clearance items (all sales on these items are final, except where a confirmed fault applies)

Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty or not as described, this is handled separately under Defective Products and your rights under Australian Consumer Law fully apply. Please contact us via our "Contact Us" portal with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault.
