The corset-style bodice laces up the back, and sizing down lets you cinch it in for that snug, tailored waist. If you order true to size, the lacing may already sit fully closed with little to no room left to cinch, so sizing down gives you the adjustability to actually shape the waist, not just close the gap.

This dress crafted from 100% cotton velvet combines romantic femininity with a darker edge, whilst featuring FM2U’s signature corsetry for the most fitted, cinched waist against a voluminous milkmaid gathered bust and tiered ruffle lace skirt.

This order came in quick, excluding the long pre-order stage. As soon as I touched the fabric I thought it was WORTH it. Every aspect of this piece is made with great quality. The drawstring at the back are quite long but its handy when adjusting it. Not a big issue for me. The chest area is fits well but because it is kind of ruffled, my chest suze isn't enough to overfill it. Still not a big issue for me. Everything fits like a glove. This is a great piece for layering. I can fit ruffled mesh tops or any clothing piece as I like the layering style. This is 2nd piece from FM2U and I will probably get another piece in the future. Yay!

I knew I wanted this dress the minute I saw it! I am plus sized and went with the 3x though I probably could have sized down, I have a lot of room still but the corsets in the front and back are very adjustable so I can still get a nice tight fit. I absolutely love wearing it and wore it to a Vampire tea party recently. I love the steel boning of the corset, so many plus size "corset" style fashion pieces have flexible boning which just doesn't hold up on a very curvy body and this one absolutely does! The fabric feels heavy and luxe and I appreciated that the cross seems very securely fastened to the front and the corset ties are extremely sturdy. An extremely high quality piece well worth the price tag!

I am quite tall (6 ft) and have a lot of butt so its verrrry short on me in the back, would be good to wear some bloomer shorts under for extra fluff! I also ordered from the US and it does take a bit of time to get to me but ended up shipping even faster than the pre-order estimate! Absolutely love this piece and can't wait to wear it again!

I was nervous ordering this dress, since I had never ordered from FM2U before and it's a lot of money to spend on something you can't try in store, but it was PERFECT! The material is super good quality, the dress came really fast, and it fits perfectly and is easily adjustable with the lacing on the back! it really feels like this dress was designed to fit on people and not mannequins. 10/10!!

The dress is beautiful but its care label said it was ok to machine wash so I did, and now it's scuffed in many places :( fellow customers: please check the website for more accurate care instructions, as sometimes the labels get it wrong!! I had to check the website to realise that I actually wasn't meant to machine wash and now my dress is damaged before I've been been able to wear it :((((

The single most comfortable dress ive ever owned. Mine sadly had a minor defect, but honestly ive taken it upon myself to just order another one because id rather support these lovely ladies than make them replace something for such a minlr inconvenience. Sincerely the nicest, prettiest, most stunning piece of clothing I own.
